An expanding city with a growing need for housing. In response, Alegra is a complex of four buildings with multiple services and common areas.

A residential complex in response to population growth

Since the 1990s, Querétaro has been one of the cities in Mexico with the most significant population growth, economic development, and industrial expansion. Making it a migration hotspot. The soaring demand has driven up property costs, while local salaries have not seen corresponding increases.

In response to this situation, we have designed and constructed a residential complex located 18 km north of downtown Querétaro. The beauty of the landscape is enhanced by the undeveloped land that was left intact. This also provides large green areas that ecologically manage rainwater runoff.

Additionally, they function as green pathways connecting the ground floor amenities of each tower, such as the main entrance, parking, gym, spa, library, multipurpose rooms, and swimming pool. The construction system and functional façade are ideal for a windy climate and seismic terrain.
