A conscious and sustainable workspace that redefines what it means to inhabit an industrial environment.

The expansion project for Lyncott’s offices is situated within a pre-existing industrial complex. This new intervention addresses the challenge of balancing the industrial character of the context with a serene and conscious environment focused on connecting with nature.

Lyncott represents a visionary step towards sustainable design in Mexico, by becoming the first building with an all-wood CLT structure in the country. This innovative material not only offers lightness and strength but also helps mitigate climate change due to its capability to absorb CO.

The façade, made of Danpal, enhances natural light diffusion, optimizes thermal performance, and contributes to energy efficiency, creating a balanced and comfortable indoor environment.
