Natural arrangement of the elements
The topography of the terrain plays a fundamental role in the conception of the project and contributes one of its greatest virtues: an exceptional panoramic view of San Miguel’s downtown. With this in mind, the volumetric proposal of the project is based on the intention to make the most of these views, as well as the natural arrangement of the architectural elements, taking advantage of the downward slope of the land.
The architectural elements have been designed with different rotation angles: the upper part provides privileged views to the user, while the lower part seamlessly integrates with the natural surroundings of the ground.
