...the importance of face-to-face interaction and the connection with the natural environment is reemerging.

A space that promotes human interaction, communication, and connection with the external environment

In the current post-pandemic context, within a global economy where technology and new means of communication have altered the nature of offices and their spaces, the importance of face-to-face interaction and the connection with the natural environment is reemerging.

Therefore, the Moncayo building aims to be a space that fosters human interaction, communication, and a connection with the external environment.

Injecting a significant urban vitality, the building creates a series of hubs or interaction points throughout the structure, incorporating commercial and recreational spaces to maximize interaction among Moncayo’s users and to provide urban life during extended hours.
