The massiveness of the volumes allows them to blend seamlessly with Oaxaca's historical context, creating a unique experience that celebrates the past and present in harmony.

A play of contrasts and four volumes that appear to levitate

Morelos hotel boutique blends rich architectural history with modernity. This project challenges the traditional boundaries between interior and exterior, bringing to life a space where the harmony between the two is evident.

The design is characterized by an intriguing play of contrasts, with an open social floor plan and four private volumes that appear to hover above the terrain. These volumes not only dictate the arrangement of interior spaces but also act as sturdy frames that frame the spectacular panoramic views throughout the property.

The massiveness of the volumes allows them to blend seamlessly with Oaxaca’s historical context, creating a unique experience that celebrates the past and present in harmony.
