Olivia harmoniously blends architecture with the landscape, where Mayan heritage and natural textures are reinterpreted in a contemporary vision, creating sculpted spaces that maximize comfort, efficiency, and a unique connection to their natural surroundings.

Inspired by Mayan legacy and natural textures

Olivia emerges from a deep connection between architecture and landscape, harmoniously blending with the natural surroundings. Inspired by the imprint of time on materials and the legacy of Mayan architecture, the design reinterprets traditional elements such as ‘cresterías’, integrating textures, climate, and local culture within a contemporary vision.

The sculpted volumes create panoramic terraces that, in addition to blending with the context and providing thermal comfort, optimize residential spaces and generate amenity areas, maximizing the efficient use of space.

This dialogue between public and private spaces, along with the interaction between landscape and building, gives the project a unique identity deeply rooted in its natural context.
