In this way, through a structure detached from the ground, an elevated pathway, and a set of modular elements, the volumetric design generates a series of heights and spaces at different levels.

Engaging dialogue with the natural elements and climatic conditions of the site

The project’s intention is to create a volume that engages in a dialogue with the natural elements and climatic conditions of the site. Part of this discourse involves understanding the site’s specific conditions, such as variations in sea level and the presence of an extensive layer of vegetation covering most of the terrain. With the idea of respecting this natural context, a scheme of open floor plans is determined, where architecture and landscape become one.

In this way, through a structure detached from the ground, an elevated pathway, and a set of modular elements, the volumetric design generates a series of heights and spaces at different levels. These spaces have the quality of creating their own environments and atmospheres while offering unique views and moments.
