Interior gardens are proposed with the intention of allowing the architecture to blend into the landscape. This creates various voids within the volume where plays of light and shadow occur on different levels of the building.

Contextual, immersive, and grounded in nature

The project originates on the shores of the South Pacific, in Brisas de Zicatela, Oaxaca, where the location directly engages with the sea and nature. The primary intentions are to create spaces within the project that directly engage with their immediate context.

Interior gardens are proposed with the intention of allowing the architecture to blend into the landscape. This creates various voids within the volume where plays of light and shadow occur on different levels of the building.

The rooms and intimate spaces are directly related to the sea, with large windows framing the main view towards the coast.

On the ground floor, there is a direct connection to the beach, with various amenities for the residents of the complex.
