A spacious and thoughtfully designed home that prioritizes the same quality of life for all members of the family. An adaptable, inclusive and optimized architecture to ensure a high quality living experience.

A capacious and accessible house for all

Cumbres is a residence located in the eastern part of Mexico City. It has approximately 800m2 of construction spread over three levels. The aim was to maximize the space on the ground floor as the house would be inhabited by a person with a disability.

The house had to be accessible to all family members equally, so each space was meticulously studied. A lift works as the spine of the house so that all the areas specified by the client are interconnected. The common areas are located on the ground floor, while the first floor is reserved for private areas. The entire house was designed with the goal of giving each space a sense of capaciousness.
