The program of the proposal starts with the intention of providing a sea view to all the apartments. In line with this principle, the project's layout directs all its moments and views towards the ocean.

Sea, topography, and efficiency

The intentions that inspired this proposal originate from the idea of creating an object that, in addition to addressing the inherent efficiency challenges of a real estate development, possesses distinctive spatial quality and architectural identity. Alongside these conceptual, spatial, and volumetric intentions, it is essential to understand the site, the views, and the moments of the place in order to establish a meaningful dialogue between the architecture and its surroundings.

The program of the proposal starts with the intention of providing a sea view to all the apartments. In line with this principle, the project’s layout directs all its moments and views towards the ocean. The architecture of the complex consists of two tower types replicated four times each, totaling eight towers with a semi-basement for parking. The connection between these elements is achieved through public plazas that link to various amenities and communal areas. These pathways are separate from the residential circulation and blend with the natural landscape from the entrance until they reach the sea.
