With the aim of preserving one of the few green areas within the industrial complex, the building is situated adjacent to it, intending to create a micro-environment towards the interior facade of the building.

Transitioning from an industrial character to a natural environment

The project begins with the idea of creating a series of environments within a group of pre-existing elements, which serve as a base to position the proposal and generate a range of atmospheres.

With the aim of preserving one of the few green areas within the industrial complex, the building is situated adjacent to it, intending to create a micro-environment towards the interior facade of the building. Furthermore, the proposal seeks to establish a contrast with the existing volume, which maintains a solid volumetric reading; the proposal leans towards a lighter materiality characterized by lights and contrasts.

In line with the idea of preserving the green area and the intention to create a translucent volume, the structure is positioned above the parking area. Through a modular structure, the piece acquires an industrial and permeable character, transitioning towards a natural environment.
