Pedrera stretches from side to side across the surrounding landscape, forging a deep connection with its natural environment.

A line that blurs into the mountains.

In Valle de Bravo, Mexico, where mountains abound, you’ll find Pedrera, a restaurant that becomes an architectural masterpiece seamlessly integrated into its surroundings. This project presents itself as a volume nestled among the rocks, a line that blurs into the mountains.

Pedrera stretches from side to side across the surrounding landscape, forging a deep connection with its natural environment. Reflective and lightweight materials are chosen to allow the construction to subtly blend into the landscape, enabling visitors to perceive the scenery without interruption.

Pedrera’s primary objective is to blur the lines between nature and construction, achieving a sense of fluidity where the interior and exterior intertwine organically. The services, strategically positioned in the center, are distinguished by their use of stainless steel, creating a continuity in the reflective metallic material present throughout the structure.
